Center for Organizational Reform
|
The purpose of COR—The Center for Organizational Reform—is to help people learn about who they are as they interact with each other, about how to live peacefully and creatively with one another, about the social institutions which most of us take for granted, and how both individuals and these institutions can move toward greater health and resilience in a rapidly changing world. COR especially seeks to hold those whose work is to hold others.
There are many ways COR carries out its purpose. COR. . .
- offers regularly scheduled workshops and discussion groups;
- supports groups and organizations as they learn more effective ways of meeting their challenges, building resilience, and increasing their overall health;
- conducts scholarly research;
- teaches its professional skills to others, and then certifies their competence; and
- helps others to find an expanded sense of peace amid the turmoil of their lives.
