Call for Papers: 4th Annual Symposium
Fourth Annual Symposium on Organizational Health
Call for Papers
The fourth annual Symposium on Organizational Health aims to bring together a community of thinking, caring individuals who share a commitment to furthering scholarship and reflection on topics related to organizational health. Specific definitions of “organizational health” are left purposefully open in order to attract a wide variety of perspectives. A variety of types of papers are sought to make the COR Symposium on Organizational Health diverse and interesting: essays (“reflection papers”), case studies, descriptions of research studies, reviews of the literature, etc. All should, in a fundamental way, address the theme of organizational health in such a way that stimulates dialogue and reflection. Examples might include:
- The meaning and indicators of organizational health
- Antecedents and moderators of organizational health
- Advantages of organizational health to individuals, institutions, and society
- Relationships between organizational health and other indications of organizational effectiveness/success
To apply: Submit a short (1-2 page) proposal of the paper electronically to the symposium planning committee at the following address by October 15, 2008:
