The COR Working Papers Series is an online, peer reviewed publication of the Center for Organizational Reform. The intent of the Working Papers is to create an online/print library of reflections on issues of significance to the major elements of COR's mission:
- personal transformation
- the creation and nurturing of healthy organizations and groups
- the furtherance of social justice
- the importance of community as the central means to these ends (centering on the fostering of critical and reflective dialogue)
The COR Working Papers Series seeks to offer a broad perspective on these themes, which cross organizational and occupational fields. Some of the collection reflect issues specific to a particular setting; others are more generic in their focus. Permission to reproduce articles must be requested from the editor. Points of view and opinions are those of individual authors and are not necessarily those of COR.

Papers should include contact information for the principle author, as well as affiliations and titles for all authors. Length of papers is flexible (recommended length 10-25 pages. All submissions will be evaluated on their depth and fit to the COR mission, as well as clarity of writing and perspective, by a panel of reviewers affiliated with COR.
Specific style guidelines:
- APA Publication Manual, 5th ed. format
- Double-spaced
- Times New Roman 12-pt font
- Include an abstract and reference list
- MS Word or .rtf (Rich Text Format) electronic file format
